Screen Test brings breast cancer screening to women in rural communities with their mobile mammography clinics. Women can call 1-800-667-0604 (toll free) to book an appointment. Women 50-74 should plan to have a mammogram every 2 years and can self-refer. Women 40-49 should discuss the risks and benefits of screening with their health care provider and need a referral for their baseline mammogram.
