Intermunicipal Area Structure Plan – Community Survey
The Town of Elk Point and County of St. Paul are partnering to develop an Area Structure Plan (ASP). The ASP will guide future growth and development of lands located at the northern gateway to Elk Point, including lands in both the Town and County (see map below). The ASP will serve as a critical tool for the Town and County to further strengthen its regional economic base and will help attract new industrial and commercial development to the area.
