TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, as amended, the Council of the Town of Elk Point proposes to adopt Bylaw No. 775/18 for the Town to enact:
The Land Use Bylaw 717/13 for the Town of Elk Point is hereby amended by changing the Land Use designation of Lot 18; Block 7; Plan 6879ET from Institutional (I) to Central Commercial (C1) District. Schedule A
Rezoning Institutional (I) to Central Commercial (C1) Lot 18; Block 7; Plan 6879ET (Former United Church)
A copy of the proposed bylaw may be reviewed and inspected by the public at the Town of Elk Point Office during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
At 7:00 PM on November 13, 2018 the Council of the Town of Elk Point will cause a Public Hearing to be held in the Town Council Chambers at the Town of Elk Point Office, at which time objections or comments regarding the proposed bylaw may be given and received.
