The Town of Elk Point Council, pursuant to Section 194 of the Municipal Government
Act, would like to notify our residents that a Special Council Meeting will be held on
Tuesday, August 15th, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Town
Administration Building, and virtually via YouTube to discuss Atco Electric – Power
Proposal-Industrial Park (Sections 16, 21, 23, 24, 25 & 27 of FOIP Act). The public is
invited to view these meetings by visiting the Town of Elk Point’s YouTube Channel.
